After A Firm Responds
A firm responding to the enquiry is responsible for explaining how it uses information under its own privacy arrangements. Before commissioning work, ask for its identity, terms and privacy information. Submitting this form does not itself book a visit or accept a quotation.
Storage And Retention
Information is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access should be limited to those who need it for that purpose. Hosting and form-processing services may process information needed to deliver and protect the website.
